The Expert Board of the national award "Best Employer of Russia" recognised ‘Pepeliaev, Goltsblat & Partners’ (PG&P) law company among the best employers in Russia. The award was based on the results of 2006 for social responsibility of businesses. It was determined that by combining a western pragmatic approach to running business with a virtually family atmosphere of a united company, PG&P creates excellent conditions for professional and career growth. Being a responsible employer, the company observes the provisions of the labour legislation of the Russian Federation, provides appropriate, good working conditions and social security for its employees, creates and maintains job positions.
