Interlaw’s partner firm in Italy, De Berti Jacchia Forlani has announced the appointment of intellectual property (IP) specialists Andrea Terragni as partner and Laura Bussoli as senior associate to its Milan office.

Andrea is a Supreme Court lawyer specialising in all IP matters, including patents, trademarks and related litigation. He has also gained considerable industry experience, assisting international clients in the fashion, luxury and sports sectors, and has assisted clients in the negotiation and drafting of sponsorship contracts for sports clubs, federations and athletes and in image management issues.   

Laura, who worked with Andrea at their previous firm, is an expert in industrial law, with a focus on trademarks and design, copyright and unfair competition.   

The appointments strengthen the firm’s growing IP team, as Roberto Jacchia, senior partner at De Berti Jacchia, comments:
