Interlaw’s Swedish Firm Appoints Corporate Partner
Wåhlin Advokater, Interlaw’s partner firm in Sweden, has appointed Peter Sarkia as a partner at its Stockholm office.
With 30 years’ experience, Peter has advised on Swedish, Nordic, and international corporate mergers and acquisitions and regularly assists clients in structuring international investments, corporate law matters, and various commercial agreements.
Peter also has a particular specialism in insurance and reinsurance, covering a wide range of related issues, including regulated cross-border transactions, as well as portfolio transfers. He also provides guidance on insurance regulatory matters, insurance and reinsurance disputes, and issues related to insurance distribution and agreements.
