EMEA colleagues from Interlaw's Banking, Finance and Insolvency team will meet in Prague in the Czech Republic. During the session, participants will discuss the latest developments in beneficial ownership and foreign direct investment legislation and regulation and look at what the economic headwinds across the region could mean for clients. Participants will also examine the implications of the various beneficial ownership and FDI regimes for clients and explore the options for clients facing financial difficulties arising from the global supply chain crisis, the energy crisis, the on-going war in Ukraine and the rise in inflation and the cost of living.
