The 2022-2023 Interlaw Academy, provides the partners, lawyers and professionals of Interlaw with engaging and practically focussed training and development over the course of eight sessions, to assist them with the delivery of excellence in client service.   

Thompson Reuters research shows how frequently project scoping is poorly done, budgets are exceeded, and clients are frustrated. This session will look at best practice for scoping, fee negotiation, cost control, and agreeing changes to the scope of work in ways that reinforce an excellent client experience.
