Interlaw has appointed Stefanie Gilcher, an employment and labor partner at partner firm ARNECKE SIBETH DABELSTEIN, as a board director to represent the organization's NextGen lawyers group.

Stefanie, who is based in Frankfurt, Germany, was admitted to the German bar in 2011. She joined Arnecke Sibeth Dabelstein in 2015 and advises domestic and international companies in all areas of individual and collective labor law, providing judicial and extrajudicial representation and negotiations with employee representatives in industrial constitution law matters.

Interlaw chair, Glenn Cunningham welcomed Stefanie to the board and said: "I fully appreciate that in a rapidly changing legal sector and global economy the next generation of lawyers coming up our ranks face different challenges from their more senior colleagues. So I, along with the other Interlaw directors, look forward to working with Stefanie to ensure we encourage contributions from all our next generation colleagues to enable us to further develop our services."

Stefanie also provides support on restructuring measures and has a focus on providing labor law advice on compliance and data security matters. She studied at the Universities of Mannheim, Amsterdam and Westfälische Wilhelms Universität Münster from 2002 to 2008.
