Interlaw’s Ecuador Firm Appoints Five New Directors
Interlaw’s partner firm in Ecuador, Pérez Bustamante & Ponce (PBP) has appointed five new directors.
The new directors - Andrés Brown (Corporate and M&A), Belén Jaramillo (Labor), David Ortiz (Dispute Resolution), María Isabel Aillón (Mining) and Nicolás Maldonado (Tax and Corporate) - have been appointed as a result of their high level of performance, leadership, teamwork and clear commitment to PBP.
The firm said that each of the new directors has “demonstrated exceptional performance, combined with a desire to continue learning and innovating to give the best service to our clients.
