Interlaw’s Israeli Partner Firm Assists Direct Finance with Tel Aviv Stock Exchange Listing
Interlaw’s partner firm in Israel, M. Firon & Co. has helped client, Direct Finance complete an IPO on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, with a valuation of over NIS 1 billion.
The firm has worked with Direct Finance for many years, providing guidance on a range of issues, including debt offerings, assignment transactions and securitization transactions for institutional investors in billions of Shekels.
Direct Finance was represented on the listing by M. Firon & Co. team Adv. Udi Efron, head of the firm’s capital markets, corporations and securities department, partner Omer Tikolsky and associates Sharon Eisner Bell and Yotam Dauber.
