Interlaw’s Nigerian Partner Firm Acts on Prominent Construction Deal
Interlaw’s partner firm in Nigeria, Sefton Fross, has advised developer, Triarch Development Limited in its 124-hectare land reclamation project in Lekki, Lagos, Nigeria.
The project, which forms phase one of a proposed massive reclamation plan, is for the development of a mixed used estate.
Triarch Construction Limited is a construction company well-versed in luxury renovations and construction for residential and commercial purposes.
The firm advised on all aspects of the project, including carrying out comprehensive due diligence on the property, alongside the review and negotiation of the title acquisition contract with the family, the land reclamation agreement and other project documents.
Sefton Fross continues to advise the developer through the development and financing of the project and is looking forward to continually providing legal advice in the subsequent stages of the transaction.
