Interlaw's Finnish Firm Advises on Software Acquisition Deal
Interlaw's partner firm in Finland, Waselius and Wist, has advised Euronext on its acquisition of two digital compliance solutions in Finland: Ticker Software, a market leader in insider list management, and Sidonnaisuusrekisteri.fi, a liability register for Finnish municipalities.
Euronext Group is the largest stock exchange in Europe and was originally created by the mergers of the Amsterdam, Paris, and Brussels stock exchanges.
Partner, Christoffer Waselius led a five strong team from the firm, acting on the deal.
