Interlaw's Finland Firm Advises Winance on Convertible Note Facility
Interlaw's partner in Finland, Waselius & Wist, has advised Winance as the lender in a Finnish law governed convertible note facility to Finnish listed company, Valoe Corporation (Nasdaq: VALOE).
Valoe Corporation is a Finnish technology company specialising in clean energy, especially photovoltaic solutions.
The company intends to use the funding to support its strategy by investing in an IBC cell plant in Lithuania as well as to support Valoe’s domestic working capital needs and its module plant investment in Finland.
Partner Maria Lehtimäki from the firm advised on the deal alongside associate, Niko Markannen.
