Interlaw's Partner in Norway Adds Three to Partnership

Interlaw's Norwegian partner Advokatfirmaet Haavind has made up three new partners in the firm's competition, dispute resolution / public procurement and banking and finance departments.

Simen Klevstrand assists clients across the full range of competition law. He has handled competition cases both against the European Commission and Norwegian competition authorities, and in Norwegian courts. Simen is highlighted in competition law in Chambers and Partners, Legal 500 and Who’s Who Legal. 

Anne Hesjedal Sending specializes in public procurement and dispute resolution and has been admitted to appear before the Supreme Court since 2009. She has extensive experience as advisor and litigator on public procurement as well as significant litigation experience in several other legal areas. Anne joined Haavind in 2019 and previously worked for The Office of the Attorney General. 

Hans-Christian Donjem specializes in banking and finance law and has extensive experience in corporate law, commercial contracts and compliance. He assists Norwegian and international clients, and works closely with management groups, boards and owners. Hans-Christian is recognized by international rating agencies and has extensive experience in negotiating complex agreements, in addition to working with strategic consulting, business development and legal and operational compliance.
