Interlaw's Vancouver Firm Ranks 1st in Canadian Exempt Financings
Interlaw's member firm in Vancouver, Owen Bird Law Corporation, has been named as the leading law firm by number of deals in CPE Media’s January 2019 leaderboard for “Leading Law Firms in Exempt Financing”.
Owen Bird secured the top for number of deals in the Private Capital Journal list, having been involved as legal counsel in 34 transactions, with a collective value of $71 million, in January 2019, reflecting the high level of activity of the firm's clients in the exempt market sector.
From startups and new ventures operating in the exempt market, to larger publicly-traded corporations, Owen Bird's Securities team acts as financing counsel to clients across many industries and sectors.
