Interlaw has admitted new member firms to its elite global legal practice - one in Turkey, the other in Uruguay. Interlaw’s new members further expand the breadth and depth of expertise in these important locations for the benefit of its international client base.

The new firms, Gökçe Attorney Partnership (Istanbul, Turkey) and Guyer & Regules (Montevideo, Uruguay), bring a diverse range of expertise in disciplines including employment, insolvency, data protection, corporate, commercial, technology, and financial services.  

The new members add to more than 7,000 lawyers already part of Interlaw's extensive global network, as it continues to successfully grow, attracting the most reputable independent law firms to serve clients across its global operations.

Gökçe Attorney Partnership from Istanbul, Turkey, established in 2010, are a dynamic practice, with a team of lawyers specialising in fields such as corporate and commercial, internet and data protection, sports media and entertainment, commercial litigation, banking and finance. Currently, 30% of its clients are already internationally based, including the likes of Miniclip UK Ltd, Gram Games, Spotify and Hilton.   

Guyer & Regules, headquartered in Montevideo, Uruguay, is one of the largest firms in the country, with 131 lawyers and 24 partners covering all practice areas. In particular its lawyers specialise in corporate, M&A and banking and finance. It has previously won a number of awards, notably receiving the award for Chambers Law Firm of the Year for Uruguay eight times in the past 10 years.
