Interlaw member firm Moreno Baldivieso has built on its leading position in the Bolivian market with the promotion of six new equity partners. The move is part of a general reorganization of the firm that seeks to reward and promote its leading performers.

Founded in 1931, Moreno Baldivieso is the most prominent firm in Bolivia with a multidisciplinary team of 40 lawyers providing global advice in Spanish, English, French, German and Portuguese.

The six new partners are: Miguel Angel Jemio, Delfor Zapata, Daniel Arredondo and René Claure in La Paz; and Paul Aramayo and René Cuellar in Santa Cruz.

Moreno Baldivieso Partner, Ramiro Moreno comments: “Three years ago we adopted the decision to set aside our family owned organisation and transition into a modern day institutional law firm. We have the firm conviction that our new partnership structure will play a key role as we look forward to a bright future ahead, all together as a team.”
