Enrique Manuel Ramírez Ramírez is a senior partner of RGRH, Interlaw’s member firm in Mexico City. A world-class corporate lawyer, he is well known for his work in international banking and business transactions, real estate, antitrust and corporate finance matters.

Enrique has been active with Interlaw for many years, having been an early participant in the secondment program as a young lawyer, and most recently hosting the 20th North American Real Estate group.

Enrique was educated at Libre de Derecho, Mexico City, and later attended the University of Florida in Gainesville to study an introduction to U.S. law. His post – graduate studies were completed at the University of Houston, Texas, (LLM International Law, 1994).

Further studies were completed at Escuela Libre de Derecho, Mexico City (Commercial Law, 1995); International Practice Diploma Program, The College of Law of England and Wales and the International Bar Association (International Joint Ventures and Human Rights Law and Practice, 2002).

Enrique has participated in courses delivered by the Mexican Stock Exchange and has taught commercial law at the Mexican Legal Studies Program, University of Houston, Texas, and foreign investment law and contracts at the Universidad Anahuac, Mexico City and Universidad del Mayab, Yucatan, Merida, among other courses at other universities.
