INTERLAW IN-PERSON: 2024 EMEA Banking, Finance and Insolvency SBT Meeting
Interlaw’s in-person 2024 EMEA Banking, Finance and Insolvency SBT meeting will take place in Amsterdam, Netherlands on Monday, January 22, 2024.
During their time together, participants will explore and discuss the current regulatory landscape across the EMEA region, tackling the challenges and changes shaping the banking, finance, and insolvency sectors. The program includes presentations and discussions on ‘big ticket' EU developments, including EU taxonomy and the Payment Services Directive 3 and will explore the impact of the relatively new Dutch Act, WHOA on the restructuring and insolvency landscape.
Attendees will also discuss the role of legal opinions in Dutch financial transactions and stay ahead of cyber threats with an examination of the legal framework protecting banks and financial institutions.
