Elite global legal network, Interlaw, has announced that Oren M. Chaplin from its New Jersey partner firm Pashman Stein Walder Hayden P.C. has been appointed as the new Americas' chair of Interlaw’s Healthcare Special Business Team.

Oren is co-chair of Pashman Stein’s corporate and business law practice, where he has represented businesses and individuals across numerous industries, including healthcare and medical services, cannabis, pharmaceuticals, and life sciences. Oren’s role with clients in the sector has been as outside general counsel on material transactions and on day to day corporate and relationship business issues. Outside of the healthcare space, he also has experience with companies in the higher education, manufacturing, financial services, technology, e-gaming, consumer products and services, waste management, and raw materials sectors.
