Interlaw has announced the appointment of a new partner firm in the United States to provide its trademark high quality legal services in Boston, Massachusetts and Portland, Maine. Leading independent law firm Verrill Dana LLP joined Interlaw on January 1, adding further expertise to the internationally recognized network, which operates in over 150 cities across the globe.

Consistently acknowledged as a leading firm by Chambers and Partners and other well-respected rankings such as Best Lawyers, Verrill’s roots go back some 160 years.

Today the firm has grown to a 60-lawyer practice in Boston, following the very recent combination with Rackemann, Sawyer & Brewster, P.C. to provide leading advice to businesses and individuals in the fields of health care, trusts and estates, labor and employment, real estate and insurance.
