Interlaw Finnish Firm Advises on EUR 592 Million Inaugural Public Securitisation
Waselius and Wist, Interlaw’s partner firm in Finland has advised
LocalTapiola Finance (LähiTapiola Rahoitus Oy) as the originator in the EUR 592 million public securitisation of a portfolio of Finnish consumer auto hire purchase contracts.
LocalTapiola Finance is a specialised car finance company established in 2017 and a member of the LocalTapiola Mutual Insurance Group.
Partners Maria Lehtimӓki and Niklas Thibblin, and associates Ville-Veikko Vӓnttinen and Daniela Fredman advised on the deal.
