Interlaw’s Kenyan Firm Announces New Partner Appointment
Interlaw’s parner firm in Kenya, B M Musau & Co., Advocates LLP, has appointed Teresia Matu as a partner in its dispute resolution department.
Teresia’s work encompasses drafting pleadings, preparing legal opinions, drafting submissions and facilitating alternative dispute resolutions.
She recently trained at the Mediation Training Institute of East Africa where she was certified as a Professional Mediator.
Teresia was also a member of the Young Arbiters Society in 2017 and 2018, a society of young, passionate, dynamic and trained undergraduate and post-graduate students from the University of Nairobi, which was formed to empower young alternative dispute resolution practitioners.
She gained an LLB from the University of Nairobi in 2018.
