Interlaw’s Partner Firm in Panama Makes Major Litigation Hire
Arias, Fábrega & Fábrega (ARIFA), Interlaw’s partner firm in Panama, has announced the appointment of Fernando Aued as a lead partner in the litigation and regulatory work practice groups.
Fernando is a Chambers-ranked litigator and arbitration specialist, with more than 20 years’ experience in the resolution of complex commercial, civil, administrative and maritime conflicts. He has also advised local and international clients on regulatory matters, with a particular focus on the energy and telecommunications sectors.
Fernando is a member of the Dispute Resolution Commission, and chair of the Panama Chapter of the ICC Commercial Law and Practices Commission.
His appointment continues ARIFA’s overall growth ambitions, and follows recent appointments in its Corporate, M&A, and Banking, Finance and Capital Markets practice groups.
