Interlaw Supports SYSTRA Group in Sws Engineering Cross-Border Acquisition
UGGC Avocats, Interlaw’s partner firm in France, has assisted SYSTRA, one of the world's leading engineering and consulting groups specializing in public transport and mobility solutions, in the acquisition of the Italian group, Sws Engineering.
Sws Engineering is a leading company providing civil engineering, land planning and land surveying services. Through its Italian holding, the Sws Engineering Group has operating subsidiaries in Italy, Canada, United States, Turkey, United Kingdom, Norway, and Romania.
The UGGC team acting on the deal was led by partner, Ali Bougrine and associates, Carole Fouldrin and Muriel Bernardin.
The firm was supported by firms from across the Interlaw network in the cross-border transaction, who advised SYSTRA on the relevant legal aspects of the deal in their individual jurisdictions.
