Interlaw's Singapore Firm Acts as Lead Counsel on Fund Launch
Interlaw's partner firm in Singapore, CNPLaw, has acted as lead counsel for the successful launch of RV Capital Opportunities VCC, an open-ended variable capital company incorporated in Singapore.
The fund is an umbrella fund and has successfully launched its first sub-fund, RV Capital Monks Hill Fund, a multi-asset fund. The fund is managed by RV Capital Management Private Ltd., a capital markets services licence fund manager in the accredited and institutional investor category.
