Interlaw’s partner firm in Ukraine, Arzinger, has advised IBM regarding Ukrainian law matters around the global separation of its infrastructure services business to a separate publicly traded company, Kyndryl Holdings, Inc.   

The firm acted as an exclusive legal advisor in Ukraine and provided support on all spin-off-related matters, including drafting transactional documents, establishing the legal entity, structuring the transfer of employees and real estate matters.
