Interlaw has appointed Leandro H. Cáceres, senior partner at Brons & Salas Abogados, to its board of directors.

At Brons & Salas Abogados, Leandro chairs the tax law practice, advising on national, provincial and municipal taxes, as well as on tax planning at both local and international levels.

He also has vast experience in business and corporate law matters for multinational companies doing business in Argentina, as well as on merger and acquisition transactions. Leandro is also a Member of the Buenos Aires Bar Association, the Argentine Association for Tax Law Studies (AAEF), and the International Fiscal Association (IFA).

Commenting on his appointment, Leandro says:   “Earlier this year, Brons & Salas Abogados had the pleasure of hosting Interlaw’s 2023 Americas Regional Meeting. During this event, I was able to witness Interlaw in action first hand, how it brings together colleagues and friends to work towards a common goal – delivering world-class legal services across the world.

“It is because of this vision that Interlaw is regularly named as an elite network in the region by Chambers and Partners. I am thrilled to be working alongside Michael and the rest of the team to continue our success now and into the future.”

Interlaw’s Global Chair, Michael Pattinson, adds:

“At our highly successful Americas Regional Meeting, it was clear to see that Leandro was passionate about our network and driving its growth, particularly across the Latin America region. He will bring a fresh perspective to our strategy, and I look forward to working with him as Interlaw plans for the future.”
