Michael Siebold Honoured with Interlaw Lifetime Achievement Award
Former Interlaw chair and long-serving board member, Michael Siebold, has received Interlaw’s Lifetime Achievement Award in recognition of the significant contribution he has made to the global network over the past two decades.
Michael, who is senior partner at ARNECKE SIBETH DABELSTEIN, Interlaw’s partner firm in Frankfurt, Dresden, Berlin, Munich and Hamburg in Germany, served as the network’s global chair between 2012 and 2018. During this time, he oversaw Interlaw’s growth across key international markets such as the USA and Europe, as well as important strategic emerging markets including Latin America and Africa.
He was also instrumental in developing Interlaw’s positioning as a viable alternative to traditional law firms, and launching a major report, Global Legal Services in a Disruptive World in partnership with international publisher, ALM. In addition, he helped to drive the network’s investment in digital infrastructure, enabling it to adopt a technology-first approach and increase referrals and collaboration between partner firms.
Commenting on his award, Michael Siebold says:
