Interlaw’s partner firm in the Netherlands, AKD, has announced the appointment of Ludo Luijks in its growing international M&A Tax team. 

Joining as a partner, Ludo specialises in national and cross-border taxation, with a specific focus on the tax aspects of national and international M&A transactions and the structuring thereof, more particularly in the field of real estate and infrastructural and private equity projects. Ludo has specific expertise with respect to the tax aspects of setting up investment structures for international investors. Before joining AKD, Ludo worked for Allen & Overy and APG.
