Partner at Interlaw’s California, US Firm Named In LA500
William F. Capps, Chair of Jeffer Mangels Butler & Mitchell LLP’s (JMBM) corporate law department, has been recognized as one of the LA500, a list of the 500 most influential people in the Los Angeles business community, for the fifth year running.
JMBM is Interlaw’s partner firm in California USA, and its corporate department advises on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, international dispute resolution, corporate finance, and the management of significant litigation.
