Partners from Interlaw’s Brazilian Firm Appointed to Special Commission of Forest Law of the Brazilian Federal Bar Association
Aldo De Cresci, partner at Tess Advogados, Interlaw’s partner firm in São Paulo, Brazil, has been named president of the Special Commission of Forest Law of the Brazilian Federal Bar Association, for the tenure 2022-2025. In addition, fellow partner Rogério Gaspari Coelho has been named as member of the Commission.
Aldo is a recognized specialist in forestry and timber law and has a wealth of experience in forestry-related operations, corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, corporate operations and preventive contractual and business consultancy in the sector. Tax specialist Rogério advises Brazilian and multinational companies on tax-focused business structuring, tax consulting and tax litigation for many industries, including agribusiness.
