Interlaw’s partner firm in Romania, ONV LAW, has made a round of promotions, which sees the firm also create a majority-female board, with the promotion of Lorena Ciobanu to partner.

A specialist in corporate, tax and labor law, Lorena focuses on companies’ acquisition and restructuring activities for both domestic and international clients, also covering litigation matters in her areas of expertise. She has been at ONV LAW since 2013 when she joined the team as an associate lawyer in the business law department, having since been promoted to senior and then to managing associate. 

Meanwhile Vlad Dumitru, Bogdan Frigioiu and Bogdan Carpăn also step up as senior associates. 

Vlad has been with the firm since 2018 and focuses his practice on administrative law, public procurement and real estate matters. Bogdan Frigioiu and Bogdan Carpăn are both a part of the business law team and joined ONV LAW in 2019. Bogdan Frigioiu specializes in insolvency law, managing also a wide range of corporate and civil contentious and non-contentious issues. Bogdan Carpăn has extensive experience in providing legal advice for national and international clients, with a primary focus on M&A transactions and energy law.
