In recognition of this, we launched the NextGeneration Lawyers network for the future leaders of our partner firms. Gaining input from our junior partners and associates allows us to develop business methods and strategies that help Interlaw to further develop our services.

The NextGeneration Lawyers group's training program meanwhile helps the rising stars of our organization to gain better insights into a globalized, digital and ever changing world. This is achieved by encouraging lawyers with different levels of experience to work beyond national boundaries and connect with colleagues during the early years of their careers.

Our NextGeneration lawyers also receive opportunities for development through scholarships, secondments, conferences and meetings with professionals across the world. Through the NextGeneration network, junior lawyers can get together with their peers and discuss topics that matter most to them, share knowledge and plan for the future. The NextGeneration group also contributes to Interlaw's development by recommending what, as a global elite organization, we should be doing to address issues such as professional development, corporate responsibility and growth.
