INTERLAW LIVE: Interlaw Academy 2021-2022 When Legal Project Management can not be used

Interlaw ensures professional development is at the forefront of our organization and hosts quarterly network-wide meetings to discuss topical issues and latest legal innovations. Additionally, relations between our strategic partners are further enhanced through regular workshops, receptions, professional congresses and informal 'meet ups'.

Legal Project Management (LPM) is fundamental for the delivery of both domestic and cross-border legal services and increasingly, it is the way clients want to work. Our 2021-2022 Interlaw Academy offers training over eight sessions held every three weeks, focusing on the tools and frameworks to refine a successful approach to LPM.

In this penultimate session of our Academy, we will revisit the challenges to LPM that we identified in our second session, to understand if there are circumstances When LPM Cannot be Used. If LPM is not appropriate, what else can we do to deliver legal services in the way today‚Äôs clients expect?
