ARIFA Strengthens Banking and Finance Practice with Appointment of Cedric Kinschots as Partner
Interlaw partner firm Arias, Fábrega & Fábrega (ARIFA), which represents the network in Panama and the British Virgin Islands, has appointed Cedric Kinschots as a partner, strengthening the firm’s capabilities across banking and finance, M&A, public utilities and securities regulation.
Cedric has been with ARIFA since 2012 and has more than 14 years of experience with the firm, advising on significant and complex financial transactions in Panama and international markets. His practice includes advising public and private companies and leading local and international financial institutions on the financing of major energy and infrastructure projects, including matters involving airports, transportation, ports and power generation.
Cedric is recognised by leading international legal directories, including Chambers and Partners, IFLR and The Legal 500 Latin America, for his work on financial matters.
