DELTA legal, Interlaw's representative firm in the Czech Republic, has been recognized by Chambers and Partners for the ninth consecutive year.

Chambers publishes comprehensive law firm rankings that consider the quality of customer service, the level of commercial knowledge, experience, diligence and innovative approaches.

This year Pavel Fára, the head of DELTA legal’s real estate team, was awarded. According to clients, Pavel is “diplomatic, calm, and able to understand the impact of the legal solution on their business”.

This year DELTA legal advised on, among others, a number of acquisitions of significant office, logistics and historic buildings across the Czech Republic. The firm has also been extensively involved in various real estate disputes, from claims to disputes arising from the construction itself, and have not been idle in other legal sectors either.

“None of the projects we worked on were exclusively real estate, every single case required support from other legal areas. Therefore, the Chambers award goes to all members of our office, as we would not be able to achieve it without everyone’s cooperation and maximum commitment.” Mr Fára said.

Separately, partner Libor Vacek was recognized in this year’s Client Choice Awards in banking in the Czech Republic. Mr Vacek has been working in this area for a long time, advising lenders from banks as well as alternative lenders and clients as recipients of funding, whether in the form of loans, bonds or financial instruments.
