Four New Shareholders Elected at Robinson Bradshaw
Interlaw’s partner firm in North and South Carolina, Robinson Bradshaw, has announced the appointment of four new shareholders, Amit Bhagwandass, John W. Forneris, Matthew G. Lenora and Jared B. Taylor.
Amit Bhagwandass is a transactional lawyer whose practice focuses on leveraged finance and other debt financing transactions, and John W. Forneris practices in the areas of estate planning, estate administration and tax planning.
Matthew G. Lenora's expertise spans a broad range of corporate and transactional areas, including start-ups, technology, venture capital, securities, private equity, and mergers and acquisitions, while Jared B. Taylor’s transactional and corporate practice covers a range of commercial transactions, focusing on private equity acquisitions and dispositions, other mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and debt financings.
