De Grandpré Chait, Interlaw's strategic partner in Montréal, Canada, has boosted its corporate practice with a new hire.

The arrival of new partner David J. Dropsy’s reinforces De Grandpré Chait's M&A department. With a practice focused on business law, he assists a vast and diverse clientele, mainly composed of SMEs. Specialized in mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, as well as securities and financing, David represents businesses operating in various economic sectors, including the agro-food, automotive and service industries. 

Over the years, David has become a major partner for French companies wishing to expand their activities in Québec and in Canada. Thanks to his close relationships with major French and Canadian government organizations, including Investissement Québec, the Canadian Embassy in Paris, as well as various financial institutions on both sides of the Atlantic, David is able to offer specialized expertise that meets the growth and development expectations of foreign companies.
