Interlaw Hong Kong Partner Firm Advises on Significant AI IPO

Stevenson, Wong & Co., Interlaw’s partner firm in Hong Kong, has acted as Hong Kong legal adviser to Shenzhen HQVT Technology Co., Ltd. (1392.HK) on its successful listing on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEx).
Trading in the company's shares commenced on June 22, 2026. Shenzhen HQVT Technology offered 85.2 million H shares, comprising 8.5 million shares under the Hong Kong public offering and 76.6 million shares through an international placing.
Based on the offer price of HK$7.20 per share, the company debuted with a market capitalisation of approximately HK$5.6 billion (US$713.4 million). The global offering raised gross proceeds of approximately HK$613.2 million (US$78.5 million).
Shenzhen HQVT Technology is one of China's leading multispectral artificial intelligence technology companies. Using its proprietary multispectral sensing and AI technologies, the company develops products and services that detect both visible and invisible spectral information. Its solutions support safety monitoring and intelligent decision-making across a broad range of industries, including software and information technology, electronics, data centres, intelligent driving systems, telecommunications, Internet of Things (IoT) integration, and construction. The group serves more than 2,500 customers.
The listing was jointly sponsored by CMBC International Capital Limited and SPDB International Capital Limited. The overall coordinators were CMBC Securities Company Limited, SPDB International Capital Limited and Livermore Holdings Limited.
