Interlaw Italian and German Partners Collaborate on Joint Venture Deal
Interlaw’s Italian firm, De Berti Jacchia Franchini Forlani, and BRP Renaud, its partner firm in Stuttgart, Germany, have collaborated on a joint venture deal between the Grazioli family, founders of Isolgomma S.r.l.(Isolgomma), and Getzner Werkstoffe Holding GmbH (Getzner).
Isolgomma specializes in sustainable sound insulation and vibration control solutions in the infrastructure, business and residential sectors, while Getzner is an Austrian company that is part of an international industrial group recognized as a leading specialist in vibration isolation in the railway, construction and industrial sectors.
Getzner invested in Isolgomma’s capital, becoming a 50% shareholder together with the Grazioli family, which retained the remaining 50% of the capital.
De Berti Jacchia Franchini Forlani assisted Getzner on all corporate and M&A aspects with partner Cristina Fussi, senior associates Giuseppina Zoccali and Benedetta Mazzotti, and junior associate Enzo Fanelli advising. Antitrust compliance aspects were handled by De Berti Jacchia Franchini Forlani partner Antonella Terranova and Martin Beutelmann, partner at BRP Renaud.
