Interlaw Retains Elite Law Firm Network Status in 2026 Chambers and Partners Guide

Interlaw has maintained its position as a top ranked legal network, achieving elite law firm network status positioning in the 2026 Chambers and Partners Global Guide.
According to the highly respected guide, Interlaw was noted for being “a strategic partner that is constantly looking for creative solutions for its clients and also working on innovation, seeking to provide added value in the provision of legal services.” Chambers noted that “Interlaw firms know how to get things done in their jurisdictions and are incredibly well connected,” and the network “creates a personal contact between the representatives of the member firms.”
The recognition comes following another year of growth for Interlaw, which has seen it announce new partner firms in strategically important regions including the Gulf, the American midwest, South Asia, the Baltics, and four markets in the Balkans.
It was also named Network of the Year at the prestigious 2025 The Lawyer European Awards, the second time in two consecutive years it has been awarded the accolade, and third time overall. The judges praised Interlaw for its “exceptional multi-layer collaboration through its new collaborative working program, with a clear intention to grow across its key strategic focus areas.”
Commenting on the Chambers and Partners ranking, Michael Pattinson, global chair of Interlaw, said: “While Interlaw has been named an elite global network by Chambers and Partners for many years, the recognition is never taken for granted. It is testament to the ongoing hard work, commitment and high-quality service of each of our partner firms across the globe, who all play such an important part in the collective success of our network.”
“Over the past year, Interlaw has continued to grow, by welcoming new partner firms in strategically important jurisdictions across the world, and has continued to evolve, with new training and new technologies.”
“We are now embarking on our next five-year strategy, which will see us focus on growth, increasing cross-border working, nurturing new talent and leadership, and expanding our digital capabilities, including generative AI.”
Interlaw has also been named an elite global network in both the latest Chambers and Partners Canada and Latin America Guides, with the European rankings set to be published later this year.
The Chambers Global 2026 Guide ranks the top lawyers and law firms in over 200 jurisdictions across the world and is based on in-depth research and thousands of one-to-one interviews conducted by its team of experienced researchers.
