Interlaw’s Austrian Partner Firm Announces New Management Structure
Binder Grösswang, Interlaw’s strategic partner in Austria, has announced a streamlining of its management structure.
The five-member management board is now responsible for all management functions of the firm.
Corporate law expert Andreas Hable has been entrusted with the function of Managing Partner and Spokesperson of the Board.
"The changes we are making with our streamlined management team will enhance our innovation capacity. Binder Grösswang also has an entirely new corporate identity, and our new slogan “Straight answers for better decisions” clearly indicates what clients can expect from us,” said Managing Partner and Spokesperson Andreas Hable.
In addition to Andreas Hable, four other partners have been appointed to the new Management Board: Stefan Tiefenthaler, expert in banking & finance; Florian Khol, specialist in the fields of M&A and capital markets; Stefan Albiez, expert in the fields of dispute resolution and white collar crime; and Markus Uitz, real estate expert.
The five-member Board has been elected for a term of two years.
