Interlaw’s Californian Firm JMBM Advises on Borrmann Metal Center Acquisition
Interlaw’s partner firm in California, Jeffer Mangels Butler & Mitchell LLP (JMBM), has represented Borrmann Metal Center, in its acquisition by Contractors Steel, a portfolio company of UPG Enterprises LLC.
A leading distributor of specialty metals, Borrmann Metal Center operates across the West Coast and Southwest of the US, bringing highly complementary products to Contractors Steel, as well as the opportunity to expand into new geographical markets.
JMBM corporate attorneys Michael Steuch, Marianne Martin, Simon Leefatt and Vanessa Han represented Borrmann Metal Center on the deal.
