Interlaw’s Connecticut Partner Firm Receives Multiple ‘Best Lawyers’ Accolades
Lawyers at Interlaw partner firm in Connecticut, USA, Shipman and Goodwin LLP, have received formal recognition of their expertise from the Best Lawyers in America 2022 guide.
Ten partners from across the firm have been cited as a Lawyer of the Year in their respective practice areas in the latest guide, which represents itself as the first and foremost resource for legal talent across America and is entirely based on peer reviews.
In Hartford, eight partners were awarded the accolade, namely James W. Bergenn for his work in white collar criminal defence, Glenn M. Cunningham (intellectual property litigation), Gabriel Jiran (labor law), Robert J O’Brien (construction litigation), Mark Ostrowski (insurance litigation), Bill Ronalter (product liability litigation), Louis Schatz (tax) and Robert Wyld (trusts and estates litigation).
Meanwhile, the firm’s Stamford-based lawyer and Chair of the firm’s Management Committee, Kent S. Nevins was cited for his work in real estate law, alongside New Haven-based partner, Matthew Ranelli, who was also recognised for his expertise in land use and zoning law.
