Interlaw’s Düsseldorf Firm and Partner Recognized as German Patent Law Leader
An attorney at Lang & Rahmann, Interlaw’s partner firm in Düsseldorf, Germany, has once again been honoured by ‘Wirtschaftswoche’, the main German business weekly publication in its 2024 list of the ‘most renowned patent litigators’ in the country.
Dr. Felix Klopmeier, who is also the EMEA Chair of Interlaw’s Global IP/IT team, has expertise across all areas of intellectual property law, with a specialism in patent infringement and patent nullity proceedings. A previous board member of the Association of Intellectual Property Firms, he advises both German and international companies, representing clients in the German Federal Supreme Court.
In his role at Interlaw, which he has held since 2021, he is responsible for leading the network’s IP/IT offering to clients across the EMEA, working with his co-chairs around the world to share best practice and collaborate on global initiatives.
