Interlaw’s Finnish Partner Firm Advises on Two Major Deals
The corporate team at Waselius & Wist, Interlaw’s partner firm in Finland, has advised on two major deals.
Members of the team represented Eitrium, a Swedish investment company, in the acquisition of Ab Keymet Oy, a metal company specializing in the electronics and aerospace industries. Keymet manufactures niche metal products including plates, frames, panels and spectrometer boxes. Eitrium is a diversified Nordic group that invests in established product companies in niche markets.
The firm also advised Caplugs, an American manufacturer of various plastic products, in the acquisition of Safeplast Oy, a manufacturer of premium hose protection in Finland. Caplugs is a leader in product protection with 11 global manufacturing and distribution facilities serving a worldwide market.
