Veteran Partners Sanjay Kumar and Sanjeev Kumar,along with Partners Faisal Sherwani, Girish Rawat and Harish Kumar, have been inducted as equity partners, marking a major milestone in the firm’s ongoing growth and commitment to fostering leadership from within.

Sanjay Kumar has over three decades of experience advising and representing clients in civil and commercial disputes, criminal litigation, and cybercrime-related litigation.

Sanjeev Kumar’s practice focuses on litigation, dispute resolution and arbitration, with a particular focus on corporate and commercial disputes, insolvency & bankruptcy matters, and alternative dispute resolution.

Faisal Sherwani advises clients on a range of subjects including dispute resolution, constitutional law, government contracts and levies, arbitration, insolvency, transport, technology and gaming, employment, white-collar crimes, and criminal law.

Girish Rawat’s practice focuses on banking, finance and restructuring, including structured finance, cross border lending, hybrid debt financing, project finance, acquisition finance, real estate finance, the restructuring and security enforcement assignments, and the corporate insolvency resolution process.

Harish Kumar advises on mergers & acquisitions, corporate restructuring, insolvency, joint ventures, fintech, corporate disputes, employment, anti-corruption and corporate governance and regulatory matters.
