Interlaw’s India Partner Welcomes M&A Specialist
Interlaw’s partner firm in India, L&L Partners, has welcomed the arrival of M&A specialist, Nishant Singh, along with an eleven strong wider team of new starters.
A dual qualified lawyer in India and New York, Nishant has approximately two decades of diverse and rich experience in equity and debt financing transactions across multiple sectors and countries. In the M&A space, he has worked on listed as well as unlisted company transactions including, public takeovers, PIPE, going private, JV and minority or majority equity investments.
Having worked for over five years in the US, Nishant offers his clients a distinctive approach and expertise on cross-border deals.
He has worked on many award-winning transactions and has consistently been endorsed as a leading lawyer for M&A and Banking and Finance in India by IFLR1000 and as an ‘Elite Legal Practitioner’ in Asia Pacific Region by Legal 500.
