Interlaw’s Indian Partner Welcomes New Capital Markets Specialist
Interlaw’s partner firm in India, L&L Partners, has welcomed the arrival of Prashaant Vikram Rajput, who has joined the firm as a Partner Designate in its Capital Markets Practice Group.
Prashaant’s areas of expertise include Domestic Capital Markets, International Capital Markets, Financings, Private Equity and Corporate Restructurings and Alternative Investment Funds.
Prashaant’s arrival means some 129 new members have joined the firm since October 2020, increasing the team’s size to over 370, including 76 partners.
Separately, the firm also won 'Debt Market Deal of the Year - Premium' at the recent ALB Magazine India Law Awards 2022 for its work around the financing of the Onshore Liquified Gas Project.
