Interlaw’s Italian Partner Announces New Counsel Appointment
Interlaw’s partner firm in Italy, De Berti Jacchia Franchini Forlani, has announced the appointment of Alberto Castelli as Counsel at its Milan office.
Alberto, who has worked for a number of leading international and domestic law firms, has been practicing banking and finance law for almost 20 years.
He assists Italian and foreign companies, banks and financial institutions in structuring, negotiating and implementing financing transactions, including project finance and shipping finance, and debt restructuring transactions.
In particular, he advises lenders in real estate and development financing transactions, as well as in acquisition finance and corporate loan transactions.
