Interlaw’s Michigan Firm Welcomes New Partner to its Corporate Department
Interlaw’s partner firm in Michigan, USA, Honigman LLP, has announced Michael Bell will be joining its corporate department.
Michael will serve as co-chair of the financial institutions practice group at Honigman. He is a leading lawyer in the USA on the representation of credit unions. Michael specializes in mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning, business litigation and real estate matters involving credit unions and other financial institutions. He has completed more than 35 mergers and acquisitions in the last five years.

Michael's expertise and years of experience have led to his recognition as one of Michigan's Leading Lawyers since 2014.
His personal experience as an entrepreneur also allows him to provide detailed business counsel to individual entrepreneurs in the areas of business growth and restructuring and strategic planning.
He earned his J.D., with honors, from Valparaiso University and his B.A., magna cum laude, from Adrian College. He has been featured in American Banker, USAToday, MiBiz, Michigan Lawyers Weekly, Credit Union Times, and Dbusiness due to his exceptional work in corporate law.
